Would you believe it if I told you that his recipe is from 1920's Key West FL.? Well it is and Kutchie's Key Lime Pie is the Best Pie in the World. That's why it has become so famous and is everyone's favorite key lime pie. It's the only one that we buy anymore. If it's good enough for Johnny Carson, Dick Cavett and Jimmy Buffett then it is good enough for me. So Kutchie's Key West is for me. Monroe County Library has many old books and articles that can verify this. I don't care what you ate in Miami or the Upper Keys. The commercial places there and even some in Key West serve incorrect KLP. You should do a bit of real reserach before you spread your ignorance. I was born in Key West. My only quibble with your post is that I am a gal, not a guy. (I do cross dress as a guy in Renaissance clothes now and again, but I am not fooling anyone. Everyone knows I just look more dashing in a doublet than a skirt--but it is still obvious that I am indeed female.) Thanks for the link!
